Polyester Monofilament Silk Screen Printing Mesh is woven from a single strand of yarn extruded from heated polyester. The extruded thread is rotated to the exact diameter. Conventional monofilament polyester mesh fabrics stretch under tension: the higher the tension level, the more the yarn stretches. In the case of excessive tension, the thread reaches the "plastic deformation" point and the screen will no longer maintain tension.
