Compared to square, oval or wide woven mesh, ordinary Dutch weaving provides higher mechanical strength for industrial filtration.
Due to their closed surfaces, filtration occurs at the warp and weft joints. The Dutch weave is made in a plain weave pattern in which the warp threads are interlaced at a wider spacing than the weft threads. This significantly increases the strength of the mesh compared to a square mesh.
The fabric has an absolute pore size of from 45 μm to 300 μm.
Reking uses absolute openings made of 1.4301, 1.4401 and 1.4539 stainless steel, using plain Dutch weaving, covering most of the mesh required for industrial filtration.
Stainless steel sieve plain dutch filter mesh is commonly used as a filter medium. Pure Dutch weave provides strength and rigidity as well as fine filtration. Twill Dutch weave provides higher strength and a finer filtration rating. In twill weave, the wires pass through the two lower and upper two, allowing for heavier lines and higher grid counts.
Our micro filter cloths are available in a variety of meshes and weaves, including plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave and reverse Dutch weave. They are available in T304 stainless steel or T316 stainless steel.
Stainless steel sieve plain dutch filter mesh, the warp threads are larger in diameter than the weft threads, and a mesh is formed by weaving a finite number of warp threads, wherein the largest number of weft threads are closely woven together, resulting in a cloth having no easily visible holes. The mesh structure is strong, stable, easy to clean, has a good flow rate, and is suitable for high pressure liquid/solid separation.
Stainless steel sieve plain dutch filter mesh is a combination of Dutch weave and plain weave. It has wire sizes in two sizes, such as the Dutch weave. Each warp thread having a thick wire diameter alternately passes over and under one weft wire to provide a high tensile strength to the mesh. Weft threads having a fine wire diameter alternately pass above and below one warp to form a fine opening for filtration.
Stainless steel sieve plain dutch filter mesh is mainly used to filter and separate liquid and slurry products.
