Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Mesh

  The weave of stainless steel plain dutch mesh is plain, but the diameter of the warp is larger than the weft. The wefts are very close to each other, thus forming a so-called zero-mesh structure. The warp is thicker.

 Compared to square, rectangular or wider woven mesh, the stainless steel plain dutch mesh weave provides higher mechanical strength for industrial filtration.

  Due to its closed surface, filtration takes place at the junction of the warp and weft yarns. The stainless steel plain dutch mesh is made with a plain weave pattern, so the interlacing pitch of the warp threads is wider than the weft threads. This greatly increases the strength of the grid compared to a square grid.
