Ordinary Stainless Steel Plain Dutch Mesh is also called micron stainless steel dutch weave wire mesh which provides higher mechanical strength for industrial filtration than square, oval or wide woven mesh.
Due to their closed surfaces, filtration occurs at the warp and weft joints. The micron stainless steel dutch weave wire mesh is made in a plain weave pattern (1/1) in which the warp threads are interlaced at a wider spacing than the weft threads. This significantly increases the strength of the mesh compared to a square grid.
The fabric has an absolute pore size of from 45 μm to 300 μm.
RK offers an inventory of common micron stainless steel dutch weave wire mesh made of 1.4301, 1.4401 and 1.4539 stainless steel, covering most of the mesh required for industrial filtration.
Stainless Steel Dutch Twilled Mesh is mainly used as filter cloth. The opening is inclined obliquely through the fabric and can not be seen directly from the fabric. This weave has thicker webs and lines in the warp direction and finer webs and lines in the weft direction, providing a very compact, strong grid with high strength.
