Nylon Filter Mesh for Large particulate filtration are made of monofilament PA6 or PA66 with high abrasion and mechanical strain, as well as many chemicals.
Due to their uniformity, Nylon Filter Meshes can be very precisely woven to produce precise and regular pores, and the resulting material has a very smooth surface, making it easier for the filtered particles to separate therefrom. After weaving, the nylon mesh will remove all unwanted things through washing and heat setting and keep the structure more stable.
