From two to more than 25 layers, multilayer sintered mesh laminates provide enhanced mechanical properties for filters and extreme environmental applications. A layer of wire mesh is used for filtration, separation, sieving, lack of structural rigidity, and is liable to cause damage. The depth filter media can withstand high pressure drops by sequential addition to another layer or layers by a sintering process.
A five-layer sintered mesh was used as a strong alkali to make a six-layer sintered mesh, and a layer of 12 mesh was added. The six-layer sintered mesh laminate can be used as a three-in-one medical filter plate for filtration, washing and drying, and can be divided into two types: split type and single-piece structure filter plates.
